This is about advocating for yourself in order to get what you truly want and need in your relationships. As usual, the name of the game is "Teach people how to treat you". You can't throw hints and hope people just get it. Also, let's stop unfairly judging our friends and loved ones and labeling them "toxic" when we haven't even expressed to them that we have an issue.
