ADOLESCENT SESSIONS

Trust is essential to building rapport in the therapeutic relationship.  Our adolescent clients trust us because we strive to provide a safe, judgment-free environment where they feel comfortable and heard.  Creating a safe space fosters open and honest communication which allows our adolescent clients to take ownership of their therapeutic process.

Parents trust us because we emphasize collaboration and communication.  Whatever your concerns may be, do not shy away from them.  We encourage parents to remain open to new and more effective strategies for communicating with and relating to their adolescent children.
